Return Policy / Warranty

• If a product you purchase from us arrives defective or becomes defective within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, it maybe serviced according to manufacturer's warranty or returned to us for a full refund/immediate replacement. Headsets Plus (HSP), as an authorized dealer for Plantronics and GN Netcom, implies no warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
• All product purchased from HSP can be returned for a full credit, less shipping, as long as product is received by HSP 30 days from the day that you receive your order.
• Customers must email to returns@headsetsplus.com for obtaining a return authorization number and where to ship returns to. We will generally respond within 24 to 48 hours.
• Customer is responsible for all freight related charges for returned products.HSP is not responsible for lost and/or untraceable returns and return shipping fees.
• Items must be in original packaging, with a copy of packing slip / invoice from HSP, including warranty cards, instruction manuals, and must be complete with all original accessories. The return authorization provided by HSP must be written on the invoice / packing slip.
• Customer has option to have product replaced or refunded and must request for their preference in writing on the HSP invoice / packing slip / return authorization number that is to be included with returned product.
• Please allow 7 to 10 days after product has been received for item to be processed accordingly.

• HSP is currently not offering international sales.

All information gathered by Headsets Plus (HSP) will remain the property of HSP. We respect our customer’s privacy and will protect and use only for the purpose of HSP business.
